Service Support
Our service teams offer workshop and field service warranty support across all 3 locations and our dealer network supports the more isolated regions of the country. No job or project is too big and all Sinoboom technicians are factory trained and carry the relevant diagnostic tooling needed to meet the value proposition expected of a national OEM.
Parts Support
Through our centralized store in Melbourne and satellite parts stores in our facilities in Sydney and Brisbane, Sinobooms parts department is well established with over $1m in inventory equalling over 750 lines available to our customers. Operating under modern parts logistic metrics Sinoboom understand what is expected of our parts department continue to drive our parts team to be ahead of our sales business in size to ensure we stay ahead of the game.
Technical Support and Training
With 80% of our business connected to the rental industry, technical and training support is critical to our customers success. Sinoboom offer 24hr/7 days a week technical support through our service hotline which connects our customers to experience technical staff who can provide the right advise without the bull. Technical training is provided all year long and we offer group sessions in all key major capital cities to training programs specifically designed for your business.
